Please register here, in order to secure your spot on this in-person residential retreat with Loch Kelly. Note that the retreat fees are an additional cost. It covers room, meals and the use of the facility. Teacher fees are included in your EM3 registration.

TEACHER
Loch Kelly M.Div, LCSW is the creator of the meditation app, Mindful Glimpses, an award-winning author, psychotherapist, and nondual meditation teacher, Loch is the founder of the nonprofit Effortless Mindfulness Institute.
Loch has master’s degrees from both Columbia University and Union Theological, where he was awarded a traveling fellowship to Sri Lanka, India and Nepal. There, he trained with some of the great meditation masters of the modern era including Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche who said, “There are two types of mindfulness, deliberate and effortless.”
Loch teaches Effortless Mindfulness, an ancient form of nondual meditation informed by Indo-Tibetan wisdom and modern science. Loch has co-taught with IFS-founder Dick Schwartz and collaborated with neuroscientists at Yale, UPenn, and NYU to study how awareness training can enhance compassion and well-being. He also worked as a psychotherapist in community mental health clinics in New York City for over 20 years.
Loch is known for his unique practical methods and warm sense of humor. He has a talent for leading people to know their true nature, which he frames as the next stage of human development. lochkelly.org

COVID-19
The health and safety of our guests and staff is a top priority for the Garrison Institute. To attend a retreat or event all guests, teachers, and staff are required to self-test (at home antigen test is acceptable) within the 48-hour window prior to arriving for a retreat on site, and to bring a 2nd self-test kit when coming on site. We encourage everyone to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 and other illnesses before your visit.
