We are pleased to announce that the Garrison Institute Board of Trustees has elected Peter J. Miscovich as its Chair.
Peter Miscovich has served on the Board of the Garrison Institute since 2011 and he has been involved with the Garrison Institute since 2005 as a contemplative practitioner.
As a Managing Director of Jones Lang LaSalle, Peter leads the strategic consulting practice focused upon corporate strategy and workplace innovation for global organizations. He previously served as a partner at Deloitte Consulting and PricewaterhouseCoopers Global Advisory practices and he is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Leadership and Transformational Change Program.
Peter is recognized as an industry thought leader on integrated solutions that support workplace innovation and transformational change. He brings more than 20 years of executive management expertise and a far-reaching perspective to the Institute’s work bridging contemplation, science and social change.
“The Institute is uniquely positioned at the point where contemplative practices are impacting not only the key fields and concerns such as education and climate change, but also the way corporate leaders are managing their businesses,” Peter recently reflected. “In the coming years, the Institute is poised to transform multiple sectors of society at the human level” he said, “and I hope to help create a vision that will enable greater human performance through enhanced personal resilience and well-being.”
