All of our delicious food is provided by Fresh Company, a catering company led by Executive Chef Shelley Boris.
We serve food that is nourishing, usually vegetarian, and prepared with care. Most of our ingredients come from farms and producers in the Hudson Valley. Not only does local seasonal produce support our commitment to sustainability, it also tastes fantastic.
