We want to let you know about some of the activities of Garrison Institute Honorary Senior Fellow David Rome this fall, which include:
Finding the Felt Sense five-session telephone class, starting Tuesday, September 18, introducing the practice of Mindful Focusing with key concepts, demonstrations of how to work with the felt sense, guided exercises, and group discussions.
Embodied Listening weekends at Shambhala Mountain Center November 9-12 and Karme-Choling/Tail of the Tiger November 30-December 2 co-led by master Alexander Technique teacher Hope Martin.
He’s also offering a monthly drop-in telephone focusing group for those who have done felt-sense/mindful focusing work with him, and one-on-one phone guiding sessions for deepening the practice of felt-sensing and overcoming inner obstacles.
