Sebastian Zugman

Sebastian Zugman is the Group General Auditor for Bank of America’s Global Bankingand Markets and is responsible for Corporate Audit’s Regional Strategy. His global team is responsible for providing independent assessments of the firm’s Global Markets activities. Sebastian joined Bank of America in September 2017, bringing more than 23 years of experience in the industry and Global Markets. During his career, Sebastian has held a number of leadership positions in the industry including senior business and risk management roles with HSBC in North America, Deutsche Bank and Lazard.

Sebastian attended Universidad de Belgrano where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. He also earned a Master of Arts Degree in Mathematics of Finance at Columbia University and a Master of Science Degree in Risk Management at New York University Stern School of Business. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Sebastian serves in ALPFA’s Corporate Advisory Board and in a number of other boards supporting causes related to planetary health and the environment. Sebastian resides in Connecticut where he is actively involved in the local community.
