Larry Yang discusses Buddhism and Insight Meditation and their relationship to contemporary society. Larry is on the Teachers Council of Spirit Rock Meditation Center and leads programs with a particular emphasis on multiculturalism and LGBTQ communities, including an annual retreat at the Garrison Institute.
