As the COVID-19 pandemic progresses, it has become increasingly clear that humanity is being called to face unprecedented challenges. Many of us have immediate questions- What do I do to stay healthy? How do I care for my loved ones? We are also faced with bigger, more complex questions- What is this going to mean?
This kind of uncertainty can evoke fear, frustration, confusion and grief. And yet, love, compassion, truth and kindness have arguably never been more important. So when times are tough, how do we come home to feelings of safety, security, connection and hope?
Garrison Institute Spiritual Director Sharon Salzberg, who has been a guiding light for so many of us over the years, generously offered to give a talk and lead our community in live practice. Please enjoy this video and experience the healing power of a generosity of spirit.
*We apologize for the technical difficulties during the event, and we appreciate all those who remain willing to learn alongside us as we grow our online programming. Please check our homepage or sign up for our Newsletter, another Special Event with Sharon will be announced soon.
